Yong Luo  is the Deputy Director of Excavation at Tianbao No.2 Mine of Panzhihua Hengding Coal Industry Co., Ltd. He is meticulous in his work and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. When the 11383 coal mining face experienced water dripping, he stayed at the work site for several days, conducting measurements and investigations to identify the cause of the dripping. He discussed various solutions with the mine leaders. When the wind speed sensor in the 1600 West Main Road frequently alarmed, he monitored the wind measurement station, analyzed and identified the cause, and proposed a reasonable solution based on the on-site situation to resolve the alarm issue. During the construction of the tunneling face, he strictly supervised the site to ensure the smooth progress of the tunneling construction.

　　In his daily work, he is proactive, conscientious, and diligent in fulfilling tasks such as mining succession adjustment, joint review of operation procedures, supplementary revision of safety technical measures, and inspection of on-site procedure and measure implementation. He participated in the design of the 2404 dedicated return air duct and the design of the continuous transportation mechanization upgrade plan within the mining area, completed the construction of the safety production standardization system, and passed the second-level assessment criteria. At the same time, he actively organized safety warning education and training for employees, enhancing their awareness of self-protection and mutual protection, and played a positive role in preventing sporadic accidents in the mine.
