Jin Hongbo is a maintenance worker in the No.1 Comprehensive Excavation Team of Xiangxing Coal Mine, Liupanshui Hengding Industrial Co., Ltd. The Xiangxing Coal Mine completed a total of 3,681 meters of excavation footage throughout the year, of which the No.1 Comprehensive Excavation Team, where Jin Hongbo belongs, completed 1,600 meters, breaking the highest annual production record for a single team at Xiangxing Coal Mine. At the same time, in May 2020, the monthly footage of the No.1 Comprehensive Excavation Team exceeded 250 meters, setting the highest comprehensive excavation record for Hengding Company in 2020, successfully fulfilling the task and goal of excavating at a rate of 8 meters per day as required by Chairman Xian.

　　As a maintenance worker, Jin Hongbo has never caused any impact on tunneling footage due to inadequate routine inspection and maintenance of the fully mechanized coal winning machine. In 2020, to complete the 21044 transportation reverse tunneling, Jin Hongbo led a team of five people deep underground, working and eating in the shaft. After three days of overcoming difficulties, they successfully assembled the entire fully mechanized coal winning machine. Xiangxing Coal Mine used four fully mechanized coal winning machines from Yuchuang, three from XCMG, and one from Laojiamusi. Jin Hongbo strengthened his technical research and expertise, and the machine malfunctions never delayed the work for more than two shifts. In particular, he ensured that the use of Yuchuang's fully mechanized coal winning machines achieved good comprehensive benefits.
