  From December 17th to December 27th, 2020, Hidili Group's 2020 year-end evaluation work was fully carried out. The collective company organized and participated in the year-end evaluations of the leadership teams of Liupanshui Hidili Industrial Co., Ltd., the leadership teams of various factories and mines under Liupanshui Hidili Industrial Co., Ltd., and the leadership team of Yunnan Dongyuan Hengding Coal Industry Co., Ltd.

  This year-end evaluation is divided into two major modules:

  1. Questionnaire survey. An electronic questionnaire survey has been introduced, where the subordinates, colleagues, and superiors of the appraisee conduct a comprehensive questionnaire survey on various aspects, making the evaluation more objective. At the same time, the novel form of electronic questionnaires can also reduce the printing cost of traditional paper questionnaires, while improving the confidentiality of the questionnaires, so that everyone can have no worries. Finally, the electronic questionnaire backend facilitates timely and accurate statistical analysis and preservation, improving work efficiency.

  II. Continuing the conversation segment from previous years. Subordinates are to independently evaluate the five aspects of "morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity" of the appraisee, making the evaluation more comprehensive, in-depth, and systematic.

  Through this evaluation, all employees not only objectively and fairly commented on various aspects of the evaluated individuals, praised their strengths, and affirmed their achievements, but also pointed out their shortcomings and deficiencies, as well as suggestions for improvement. At the same time, they actively offered suggestions for the development of the factories, mines, and even the entire group, and worked together to set sail and build a better tomorrow for Hengding.
